A variation on our very popular Empire Chest of Drawers with the addition of a pretty scalloped apron on three sides.
All of our chests have traditional drawers that run on substantial wooden runners rather than flimsy bits of metal. Solid hardwood construction throughout – even the bases of the drawers and back of the chest! So as with all of our pieces you can be assured that this chest will stand the test of time. An ideal addition where storage is required. Internal drawer height approximately 14 cms.

A popular option for finishing is to have the top only in a stained and oiled finish. This is harder wearing than a painted surface so ideal for pieces that are going to have relatively heavy use. This does not add to the painted price – just use the notes box at checkout to indicate your choice.
