A Butchers Block is a very popular addition to any kitchen that requires extra storage and preparation space. This piece can even be used to create a small kitchen island. We use end grain blocks of Acacia hardwood for the top which provides an ideal cutting surface should you wish to use it in the traditional way. Please note when you select the painted option for this product we will treat the top and slats using a food safe oil. Apply a little vegetable oil (or our Orange wax for a lovely aroma!) occasionally to the top of your Butchers Block to keep in prime condition.
